We take pride in serving typical Costa Rican food prepared with organic products from our own vegetable garden, typical products of the region, and natural products like freshly caught fish from Golfo Dulce. Many dishes include tropical vegetables and fruits that guests have probably rarely or never eaten before.
Meals are individually prepared and served at the table. We do our best to avoid the use of canned, dried or concentrated food, and we use only fruits, vegetables and oil of very good quality. The main ingredient, however, is the love with which the women from La Gamba prepare the dishes every day.
